Primrose Dry Cleaners was located at 2928 Woodland Avenue in the Cedar-Central neighborhood in the years after World War II. Its owner was Sam Marable. According to one advertisement, Primrose Dry Cleaners had three additional locations and was a member of Future Outlook League Independent Tailors & Cleaners Association. Its original location closed in 1950 and reopened as a church. This use continued until 1958, after which the property (and the entire surrounding area) was leveled for the St. Vincent Urban Renewal Project.
